We are so happy to announce the arrival of Atlas! 🩵 Born yesterday, May 29th at 2:46pm, 8lbs 2oz and 21 inches.

Andrew and I are so excited to have a healthy baby boy here! He is already so loved! 💙 by @ashleyewer

This morning wasn’t picture-perfect.

I hit snooze too many times, questioned whether I should skip my workout, got two toddlers ready for daycare, squeezed in a workout, and logged on for another workday.

That’s the season I’m in right now.

Working full-time. Raising two little boys. Growing baby girl. Building our house. Trying to take care of myself somewhere in the middle of it all.

I’m not here to show you a perfect routine—I’m here to show you that even when life feels chaotic, the small choices still matter.

If you’re another working mom doing your best every day, I hope you know you’re not alone. 🤍

Tell me… what’s one thing you do for yourself before the workday begins (or wish you had time to do)? ⬇️

Week in photos: 10/26- 11/1

Start of the week was super busy but we ended the week with all the Halloween fun!

and next year baby sister will be with them!

Wish I would have started this for the very first Halloween with kids, but starting the first year we actually went trick or treating is still special!

25 Weeks Pregnant and prioritizing movement! Been dealing with some back pain lately and I know my long work hours do not help. Stretching it all back out always feels so good!

#25weekspregnant #pregnancy #pregnantworkout #workingmom #motherhood by @ashleyewer

Lately, life has felt extra full.

25 weeks pregnant.
Working full-time, with a very demanding schedule.
Raising two toddler boys.
Building a house.
Trying to be present through it all.

There are plenty of mornings when it would be easier to skip the workout and jump straight into the next thing.

But I’ve realized something…

The chaos isn’t going anywhere. In fact it’s going to get even more chaotic!

So instead of waiting for life to slow down, I’m learning to take care of myself right in the middle of it.

My morning routines fuel me and remind me that I’m still Ashley too, not just mom, wife, coworker.

This season isn’t about perfection—it’s about choosing myself in small ways, even when life feels busy.

Because when I fill my own cup, I show up better for everyone else.

If you’re waiting for the “perfect” time to start taking care of yourself, this is your reminder that it probably doesn’t exist. Start where you are.

Week 4: Foundation crew couldn’t get here last week no expected to finish this week, but we still wanted to make some progress! So we purchased all the lumber needed for the garage renovation and Andrew got 90% of the walls built! The boys got to “help” build and they loved it!

Week in photos: 10/19-10/25

Work was insanely busy for both Andrew and I but we still managed to make lots of memories! Boys have loved stretching with me at night, soaked in the gorgeous fall weather, first responder trunk or treat, had our annual cousin meet up at the farm and our annual trip to the pumpkin patch! The boys loved helping Andrew “build the house” today!

Did I want to do this workout? No! But that is exactly why I made it happen after drop off before starting my work day. I needed 30 minutes to mentally check out and ignore all the other noise going on.

This morning’s alarm came way too soon, and pregnancy sleep definitely didn’t help.

There was a moment where I wanted to skip everything and just survive the day. Instead, I gave myself a few minutes of self-care, dropped the boys off at daycare, and made time for a workout before logging back into work.

Not because I felt energized.
Not because I was motivated.

Because I’ve learned that taking care of myself doesn’t require perfect circumstances.

This week might be a thriving week.
It might be a survival week.

And honestly? Both are okay.

To every working mom who’s carrying the mental load, showing up at work, raising little humans, growing a baby, or simply doing the best she can today—I hope you give yourself the same grace you’d give someone you love. 🤍

What’s one small thing you’re doing for yourself today?
