Feeling stuck, unheard, or like you’ve been holding back your truth? 💬💙

This powerful throat chakra activation exercise can help you break free.

✨ Scream into your hands — release that built-up energy.
✨ Shake your shoulders — let your body move what’s been stuck.
✨ Breathe deeply — invite calm and clarity back in.

Your voice deserves to flow freely — no more holding back.

📝 After you try it, take a moment to journal:
• What truth have I been holding back?
• How does my body feel after releasing stuck energy?
• What emotions rose up during the practice?

Give yourself permission to let it all go. 🔥 #ThroatChakraHealing #EmotionalRelease #TheAudacityToAscend #somatichealing #energyclearing

I recently became a certified Sound Healing Practitioner & its amazing how powerful and #transformative the journey has been. My neighborhood has been whilin lately, so today I chose to raise the #frequency in my #community.

Looking forward to facilitating individual and group #soundbath sessions in the near future.

Sound healing is a powerful tool for releasing tension held in the body and creating space to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with yourself.

With everything happening in the world, finding healthy ways to manage stress and nurture our well-being is more important than ever.

Sometimes, we need to give ourselves permission to pause.

I’ll be opening my calendar for sound healing sessions soon. ❤️

You know it’s time. You’ve been holding on to this hurt, guilt, anger, confusion, frustration for too long. Surrender. I trust that whoever this message is for will receive it in divine timing. #fyp #trust #surrender #mindsetshift #explorepage by @ashleyjohnese

Somebody needed to hear it. Maybe it was me? Take what resonates & if it doesn’t, repost b/c it may be just the thing somebody else needs. ❤️ #fyp #mindsetshift #wellness #foryoupage #explorer by @ashleyjohnese

What’s stopping you? There’s no difference between you and anybody else. You are capable. You have the tools and resources. You CAN do this. Make it happen, babe. ❤️ #mindsetshift #sheismagiccoaching #wellness #explore by @ashleyjohnese

This is not a paid promo and I am not a food reviewer. I simply love the drinks, the atmosphere and the community at @kaiydens_coffee . They’ve been opened 5 years and is definitely a staple. People stop in from all over the world. I’ve been coming to the shop for over a year and never looked back. But try it first yourself & tell them Ashley sent you. & if you see me there, don’t be shy, say hello. ❤️ #blackowned #newhaven #coffeeshop #review #fyp by @ashleyjohnese

For the past 2 years, I’ve been learning about herbs, experimenting with blends, and building my own apothecary.

Today was my first time dehydrating an herb myself, and I’m so proud of this little milestone. 😍❤️

There’s something really special about learning the plants, working with them with my own hands, and slowly creating something that’s uniquely mine.

I haven’t shared much of this journey online, but I think it’s time to start letting you guys in.

More to come. ❤️ by @ashleyjohnese

Sometimes the blessing is in going anyway.

Showing up. Stepping into the unknown. Trusting that you’re exactly where you’re supposed to be.

What started as a practice of me grounding myself turned into an organic opportunity for connection.

Here’s a reminder to do it anyway.

You never know how the blessing will arrive. 💚

Spirit told me to take my energy clearing practice to the park today.

I almost talked myself out of it because people might see me.

Then I remembered the practice isn’t for them. It’s for me. So I did it anyway. 💚🌻 #fyp #energyhealing #spirituality #HolisticHealing #wellness by @ashleyjohnese

This part of the journey is on you.

The sign.
The confirmation.
The permission.

You’ve already received it.

Now comes the part where you trust yourself enough to move.

Not everyone can take this next step for you.

It’s your turn.

💜 Receive what resonates.

A gentle reminder: you’re allowed to soften, to receive, to just be. 🌹✨
