You don’t need breadcrumbs to make perfect meatballs.

These are everything I want homemade meatballs to be: tender, juicy, rich, and packed with flavor. The best part? They’re completely flour-free and breadcrumb-free, so you get all the texture without the extra fillers.

After baking, I let them simmer in marinara for a few more minutes so they soak up even more flavor before finishing them with freshly grated Parmesan and fresh parsley.

This is one of those recipes that feels comforting enough for Sunday dinner, but simple enough to make any night of the week.

The full recipe is below. Save this one for your next cozy dinner. 🤍

Flour-Free High-Protein Meatballs

Ingredients
• 2 lbs grass-fed ground beef
• 1 large egg
• ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan
• 4 cloves garlic, minced (or 1 tbsp + 1 tsp jarred minced garlic)
• ½ yellow onion, finely grated
• 1 tsp onion powder
• ½ tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp Italian seasoning
• 1 tsp sea salt
• ½ tsp black pepper
• Optional: 2–3 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Sauce
• 2 (31 oz) jars marinara sauce
• Freshly grated Parmesan, for serving
• Fresh parsley, for garnish

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. Combine all meatball ingredients until just mixed.
3. Roll into 18 meatballs and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
4. Bake for 18–22 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F.
5. Warm the marinara over medium heat until gently simmering.
6. Add the baked meatballs and simmer for 10–15 minutes.
7. Finish with fresh Parmesan and parsley before serving.

I never thought I’d be caramelizing peaches in beef tallow until I tried it. 🍑✨

Instead of butter or oil, I used @kettleandfire 100% grass fed and grass finished beef tallow. Made with just one ingredient and a high smoke point, it’s perfect for caramelizing peaches until they’re beautifully golden.

Caramelized Peach Yogurt Bowl

Ingredients

🍑 3 ripe peaches, sliced

🥄 1 tbsp Kettle & Fire Beef Tallow

🍁 1 tsp maple syrup, optional

✨ ½ tsp vanilla extract

🤎 ½ tsp cinnamon, plus more for finishing

🧂 Pinch of sea salt

🥣 2 cups plain Greek yogurt

🎃 2 to 3 tbsp pumpkin seeds

🍋 Fresh lemon zest

Directions

1. Melt the beef tallow over medium heat.
2. Add the peaches, cinnamon, and sea salt. Cook for 6 to 8 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and tender.
3. Remove from the heat and stir in the vanilla. If your peaches need a little extra sweetness, stir in the maple syrup while they’re still warm.
4. Spoon the yogurt into a bowl. Top with the warm peaches, pumpkin seeds, a fresh sprinkle of cinnamon, and finish with lemon zest.

The lemon zest and cinnamon at the end bring everything together.

Save this recipe for later, and you’ll find the full recipe in the caption. 🤍

Overdid it this weekend? This is your sign to get back on track. 🥩🥗

You don’t have to “start over” after an indulgent weekend. One balanced, protein-packed meal is all it takes to get back into your routine. Trust me, this steak salad is anything but boring.

With juicy steak, roasted corn, crisp veggies, tangy pickled onions, creamy pesto dressing, and salty feta, every bite is packed with fresh flavor.

✨ Full recipe below:

Ingredients

Steak & Corn
• 1 filet mignon (or your favorite steak)
• 1 ear corn, halved
• ½ tsp cayenne pepper
• ½ tsp smoked paprika
• ½ tsp all-purpose seasoning
• Salt & black pepper

Creamy Green Dressing
• ¼ avocado
• 2 tbsp plain Greek yogurt
• 2 tsp pesto
• 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
• Juice of ½ lemon
• Handful of fresh parsley
• Salt & pepper
• ¼–⅓ cup water

Salad
• Mixed greens
• Cucumber, sliced
• Tomato, chopped
• Crumbled feta
• Pickled onions

Directions

1. Preheat your oven to 400°F.
2. Season both sides of the corn with the cayenne, smoked paprika, all-purpose seasoning, salt, and pepper. Bake for 15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
3. Pat your steak dry with a paper towel, then season both sides with any remaining seasoning, plus a little extra salt and pepper.
4. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add a drizzle of olive oil and cook the steak for about 3–4 minutes per side for medium-rare (or longer if you prefer it more done). Let the steak rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing it against the grain.
5. While the steak rests, add the avocado, Greek yogurt, pesto, olive oil, lemon juice, parsley, salt, pepper, and water to a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
6. Assemble your salad with the mixed greens, cucumber, tomato, roasted corn, sliced steak, feta, and pickled onions.
7. Finish with the creamy dressing and enjoy!

🤍 Save this recipe for the next time you want a meal that tastes indulgent while helping you get back on track.
