I knew I wanted my postpartum journey to look much different this time around. This doula pair has helped nourish me with healing foods, provide healing bodywork and overall help during this recovery and bonding time. Thank you @nursestonurture !! They even change blowout diapers to boot. I feel so lucky and grateful for your support. by @ashleymarckwald

On Friday evening 2/28 we welcomed our baby boy, Carson Philip Marckwald, into the world at 37 weeks and 2 days weighing a whopping 8lbs 2oz and 20 inches. He is the ultimate blessing and we have so much gratitude for all the love and support from our family, nanny, friends, neighbors, our awesome team of midwives @boca_midwifery @courtney_mcmillian_midwife and @ryangee32813 and especially our amazing doula @bocaneeka I couldn’t have done this without you!!
