Some days are filled with beautiful little moments… and some days are just HEAVY. ❤️‍🩹

Yesterday was a little bit of both. From finishing my quiz and getting out of school early 🙌🏼, to cheering on my son at his baseball game ⚾️❤️, to coming home to kids with faces painted like Oompa Loompas! 😂🤦🏻‍♀️

Behind these sweet memories was a mama carrying an incredibly long day—emotionally, mentally, and physically.

Sometimes it’s hard to appreciate the little moments when you feel like you’re carrying an entire village on your shoulders. Between motherhood, school, work, responsibilities, and everything life throws at you… sometimes you just get TIRED.

But even on the hardest days, there are still moments worth smiling about. 🥹❤️

And today, I’m especially thankful for the gym. 💪🏼 Not just to build my body, but to clear my mind, release the stress, and pour a little something back into ME.

Because the mama who carries the village needs somewhere to lay down the weight, too. ❤️

One day at a time. One prayer at a time. One rep at a time. 🙏🏼💪🏼

I pray my kids seeds are watered tenderly. 🌱
