I love the process of bringing a painting to life, but knowing where it will eventually call home might be my favorite part 🫶❤️

Still not over this shoot with @wellnessmealea 🤍

Been doing a lot of reflecting this weekend as I say goodbye to my 20’s that were filled with so many life experiences & creative endeavors that I’m so grateful to bring into my 30’s on Monday 🥹🥳 by @ashleyroseart_

“Everything is beautiful, all that matters is to be able to interpret” — Camille Pissarro

Hi again, I’m Ashley — an artist, painter, & lifelong collector of little beautiful things 🌿

I’ve been painting for as long as I can remember, but somewhere along the way, painting became more than just something I loved to do. It became the way I slow down, pay attention, & hold onto the places, seasons, animals, & little moments that I don’t want to forget, & it’s been so rewarding to share this feeling with others for their own special memories through my commission work.

My work is very much rooted in the idea of finding beauty in the everyday, in memories, & making something lasting from it.

So, a little reintroduction for anyone new here, & a little reminder for those who have been here for a while 🤍

@mealeasarphotography had the most beautiful vision for this shoot & she truly delivered! 🫶✨🌸
