ICE shenanigans 10/3 through 10/5. First fifty seconds or so of audio are excerpts from interviews with protestors on 10/3.

October 3. During a press gathering outside the facility, federal officers deployed a sniper team on the roof of the facility at 1930 Beach St, Broadview, Illinois. That day, the FBI and other feds were seen leading handcuffed civilians into the ICE compound.

On 10/4, immigration officials were very ready to disperse folx protesting at the Beach St gate. Illinois State Police quickly intervened, pushing protestors away from the illegal gate erected on the public street and sidewalk, making multiple arrests.

Multiple agents were witnessed waving hands and jeering at protesters. The masked agent in the video went up to the fence, surveilled the booing protesters, and walked away giving a triumphant thumbs-up barrage.

Later, immigration officers were seen pushing an immobilized vehicle inside the compound. Amidst the jeers from the protestors, someone yelled, “Ask one of your prisoners. They can fix it.”

☔🌧️☂️ Bring rain gear!
📣call BJ out on his BS as he prepared for reelection 📣
⏰11am 9/30 ‼️

👉Expose Brandon Johnson as an opportunist, a mayor who ran on a promise to hold police accountable, but has allowed 15 people to be murdered by CPD since fall of 2024, has allowed CPD to brutalize and harass protesters and young teens, help criminalize survivors of domestic violence if not perpetuate sexual violence within their own ranks, and let ICE agents to rampage, kidnap and kill people with no resistance.

‼️ BJ needs to answer for these crimes against the people and we need your help to make that happen.

💗We are asking for folks to call of work if possible, we want to make this protest big.
