Pink is forever in

Happy new year! If you looked like what you went through I would look like a Cynthia from Rugrats. Thankful, not. I don’t think I’ve learned as much about myself and my journey as I did last year. I genuinely think I’m slowly evolving into the woman that 7 year old Ashley wanted to be and I’m very happy about that. I’m trying to move through every storm with grace and love, dedication and hard work, and leave a legacy that baby me and my future babies would be proud of. @daydrinkingwithash @saige.media taken in Ocean7 Jamaica by @ashleysaige

Even when I was a little girl, I found solace and expression in the world of creativity and the arts. My camera was one of the first instruments through which my deeper thoughts spoke. It wasn’t until a heart-to-heart with my sister that I realized the depth of my passion. She reminded me of how I began with my Kodak point and shoot, a gift I had earnestly requested from my parents. Slowly, I saved, upgrading to more professional gear. It’s amusing, really, how one can be so deeply in love with something without fully realizing it. So now, I honor photography for what it is: my first love, my enduring muse.

So grateful for the clients who make these amazing adventures and experiences possible! I love that my work in media and marketing takes me to new places and allows me to create memories along the way.

Special shout-out to Aeronautical School of the West Indies for the ride! @aeronautical_school Go check out their page to learn more about their programmes and how you can take a scenic flight around Kingston too!

Bucket list item: TICKED OFF! ✅✨

One of my goals this year has been to attend international conferences to expand my understanding of the industry beyond the shores of Jamaica. I’d been eyeing @culturecon for a while, so I decided to reach out and they blessed me with a complimentary pass to learn, network, and grow alongside like-minded creatives and industry professionals.

And honestly… I had to see it as a sign from God because can we talk about ALIGNMENT?! ✨

I met A LOT of amazing people, made meaningful connections, and even though the weekend didn’t go exactly as planned, I still walked away having learned so much.

This was definitely an experience I’ll be taking with me into the next chapter. 💕✨

Vlogs are coming, so stay tuned! 👀🎥

A last-minute trip to NYC, a free pass to CultureCon, and a chaotic Miami layover later…

Sometimes you just have to take the leap and trust God with the plot. 😬

2 lobsters for the price of ONE?! 👀🦞

Y’all know I love a good deal, and Steakhouse on the Veranda’s Two-for-One Lobster Wednesdays did not disappoint.

So grab your bestie, your boo, your mama, your daddy… grab whoever and go try it for yourself!

Good food really does put me in a good mood 😂💃🏽

I had such a good time at Bombay Darbar! The Garlic Cheese Naan stole my heart, the shrimp dishes were SO good, and the ribs had me in a chokehold. 😭😂

Okay… clearly I loved everything. 😂

Which dish would you try first? 👀

Late-night cravings + a Harbour Crunch + corn ribs? Yeah, Yard Grub might have me changing my nocturnal order 😂🌚 @yaadgrubja_

So who you chatting first in the post party debrief in Yard Grub’s parking lot while you munch on your snacky snack? 👀😂
