The prettiest thing to come out of my oven this week 🍎

Thin-sliced apples tucked into buttery folds, baked until caramelized at the edges. Almost too pretty to eat. Almost.

Twice glazed, zero regrets. ✨

Crispy edges, soft apple-studded centers, and a double coat of glaze for that crackle-shine finish. These are the fritters my regulars ask about by name.

Flaky. Buttery. Dripping with glaze. 🍎

Each turnover gets folded by hand, baked until the layers shatter, then finished with a cinnamon glaze while they're still warm.

This is the one people reorder.

Some flavors taste like coming home. 🍎

These fried apple pies are my love letter to fall — golden, crackly crust, cinnamon-spiced apple filling, and that first warm bite that makes the whole kitchen smell like October.

Small batch, made by hand, gone fast.
