The Jagodzinski’s ☺️🥂

I’ve known Steve since we were 14, which is honestly crazy to even say. We’ve gone from high school, to college, to living in Chicago, and through so many different versions of life together. There are not many people you get to grow up alongside like that, and yesterday felt like such a full-circle moment. Looking around the room and seeing so many people who have loved him through different seasons of life all together in one place made it even more special. It was such a reflection of the kind of person Steve is and the kind of love he and Cory have built around them.

Cory, you are exactly the kind of person you hope someone you love ends up with. You are thoughtful, genuine, warm, and so easy to love, and the way you and Steve complement each other just feels right. Watching the two of you together, and seeing how happy you make each other, made the whole day feel even more meaningful.

september food finds and ohhhh we ate GOOD

some everyday favorites, some new spots and a few meals that genuinely earned a spot in my top 10. Crying Tiger, Arla, and Gilt Bar — I’m still thinking about you.

september may have been one of my best food months yet.

got caught out in the wild in a very good outfit❤️‍🔥📸 by the famous Gold Coast photographer @silvermanjerry1944

worked a lot. like, a lot. and weirdly loved it.

somehow ended up in a product shoot and had the best time doing it. Product drops Oct 15 👀

Now how do I start my modeling career???

went to the @gingiechicago opening and yes, you absolutely need to go.

had really good workouts at @studiothree with Khrystyna who likes to suffer with me

happiest of hours with my girls at @olioepiu light Aperol

said yes to a new project + started working on @basecampoldtown marketing - we love a content day!

wore some office outfits that ATE

bartended at @moescantina for some pretty cool people who apparently liked them.

celebrated a very special someone’s birthday over a very good meal at @bartuttochicago

played an unnecessary amount of bingo at @happycamperchicago after cheering on friends who ran the half marathon

long walks + even longer life talks with @bmathew7 who quite literally just gets it

a night out with some of the OGs out in our neighborhood and yes, @arlachicago is quite literally no joke and absolutely delicious

went to @swarovski fall fashion event “just to look” and obviously left with something - thanks Nathaniel ☺️

packed meals with grubhub peeps for volunteer day

walked approximately 400 miles around chicago

and finally did a massive fall shopping spree which we are beyond excited about, but my bank account isn’t - HELP by @ashleytobes

august food finds — only a month late, it’s fine - was busy eating

pizza on the balcony, plenty of pasta, sushi, tacos, cocktails and a lot of really good reasons to keep eating my way through chicago.

Highlights were Mott Street, Carmines, and Tanta!

August somehow stayed busy without really trying. A lot less “say yes to everything” and a lot more last-minute plans, family time, friends, concerts, workouts, farmers markets and doing whatever sounded good that day.

Got a tattoo, made a very fun purchase, spent a lot of time with some of my favorite people and also by myself (which doesn’t happen often) and somehow still found plenty of reasons to get dressed up and go somewhere.
