“Then the Lord answered me and said: ‘Write the vision and make it plain… Though it tarries, wait for it; because it will surely come.’” – Habakkuk 2:2-3

On May 3rd, I will graduate from THE Florida Agricultural & Mechanical University at just 20 years old.

When I stepped on The Hill in 2022, all I had was a dream and a vision of the woman I hoped to become. FAMU gave me more than an education—it gave me my voice, my confidence, and the tools to walk boldly in my purpose.

Here’s everything I’ve accomplished in just three years on this campus:

2022-23 SJGC LLC Cohort
HBCU Gameday Sports Reporter Intern
2023 Video Production Fellow – Portland Trail Blazers
Freelance Video Editor – Portland Trail Blazers
Member – National Association of Black Journalists
2023 Dream Foundation Intern
2023 TaxSlayer Gator Bowl Intern
Sports Writer – The Famuan
Assistant News Editor – The Famuan
Assistant Sports Editor – The Famuan
20+ Published Articles
FAMU Athletics Digital Media Intern
First-Year Experience Teaching Assistant
Sports MMJ – FAMU TV-20
Social Media Manager – SJGC
Writer – SJGC News Site
2025 NBA All-Star Weekend Content Intern
2025 Digital Marketing Fellow – Washington Wizards

I’m forever grateful for the people, the experiences, and the legacy I now get to be a part of. This is only the beginning.
