17 years ago this month, I started my journey with Life Time, and what an incredible journey it has been! What started as teaching group fitness classes turned into opportunities I could have never imagined. From teaching at clubs all over Houston, across the country, and even in Canada, to stepping into leadership, becoming a facilitator for Life Time Academy, and eventually moving into corporate program development. Iโ€™ve been blessed to experience so many different sides of this amazing company. And now, 17 years later, Iโ€™ve come full circle. Back to where it all started, teaching classes and sharing my love for fitness while building my career in real estate. โค๏ธ Life Time has never been just a job to me. Itโ€™s been a place where Iโ€™ve grown, learned, challenged myself, and built relationships that will last a lifetime. Some of my very best friends came into my life through these four walls. To every member who has ever walked into one of my classes, whether it was 17 years ago or just this week, THANK YOU. Thank you for your energy, your trust, your smiles, and for allowing me to be a small part of your fitness journey. Cheers to 17 years, countless memories, lifelong friendships, and a whole lot of sweat! ๐Ÿฅน๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ by @ashliesustaita
