Update on my knee: The doctors are thinking it just popped in and out of socket so I should be back to cheer soon! I have a sports medicine appointment on Monday so we’ll see then! But other than that my MRI scans came back clean! by @ashlynn_flys_13

So! This past couple of weeks hasn’t been the best! I injured my knee tumbling last Friday (the 12th) doing a some level 2 passes. I went back to sports medicine today and they ordered an MRI. They are thinking a meniscus tear, ACL tear, a fracture not found on X-rays, any other ligaments torn, or that my knee cap popped in and out of socket. I just happened to be videoing when it happened but I kept tumbling after thinking it’d be fine. All in one series of events I bounced off my airtrack hyperextended my knee and then twisted it. When I got back up and hyperextended and locked up. I was able to weight bare for a few days but it just got worse. Now I’m on crutches with a new brace on. The swelling is terrible! It is through my knee down my leg and into my foot! I am hoping for a fast recovery though!!! ❤️‍🩹 by @ashlynn_flys_13
