The difference is more than what you see in these pictures—it’s the confidence, strength, and consistency behind them. 💪✨ My weight loss journey hasn’t been easy, but every small step has been worth it. Proud of how far I’ve come, and even more excited for where I’m going.🩵🩵 by @ashlynpayne

This past school year, I was nominated for the prestigious Paraprofessional of the Year award! 🩵
The incredible teacher I have the privilege of working with wrote my nomination letter, and reading her words made me feel so loved and appreciated. It meant so much to me that I had to get it framed—it’s something I’ll treasure forever. To know her is truly to love her.
I wasn’t selected for the award, and honestly, that’s completely okay with me. I’m here for my students and my coworkers, and my goal is simply to make their days a little brighter.
Year after year, I’ll get to watch my preschoolers grow up. Hearing them say, “Hi, Ms. Ashlyn!” or “I remember you from preschool!” when I see them in the hallways is a reward that nothing could ever replace. Those moments remind me exactly why I love what I do. 🩵 by @ashlynpayne

You might see a giant pumpkin, but I see 30 pounds of hard work and dedication - the same 30 pounds I lost!
