A magic weekend at Buller with friends, despite the lack of snow! 7 runs open was enough for us to enjoy ourselves. It’s so much fun to finally be able to ski together as a family. Another couple of eps in the can for @everydaygourmettv! I’ll be sure to let you know when they drop later in the year. I made the most amazing lamb dish, a quick one I learned from Insta. I cooked it for Justine when she came over the other month for dinner. It was her special request this season. Also knocked up my famous Peanut Butter balls, they blew everyone away. Obvs! Just trying to cook a restaurant quality meal over here. School hols got me good this time! A cold sore and 79 pimples to show for it. Tonight, I let Pete fight for his life negotiating who was going to sit where at the dinner table (even though we sit in the same spots every night). $Back on the Gold Coast for my big bro’s 50th. Cousins came up from Hobart and suddenly we’re all together again, no inhibitions, no pretence. Just laughter and the complete freedom to be exactly who you are. That’s the good stuff right there.
