12 days in 45 seconds

while i love a good slow paced video, when i heard this part of this song & i really just wanted to do something with it, haha.

i still cant believe it though :’). it went by as fast as this video feels. i’m excited to finally start sharing some of my experiences from this trip. it was so cool.

i never realized how small the world i was living in was, until i realized how big the world actually is. does that make sense?

it felt like something inside finally clicked.
& i realized how much i had been limiting myself.

it wasn’t that long ago, but so much has happened since- it feels like im in a completely different lifetime.

anyways!

one of the recurring conversations that weekend, was how cool it is to be able to have friends in life that you don’t keep up with every day- but you can link up a year(s) later & it feels like no time has passed.

here is a little 20 slide carousel recap you can enjoy with your dinner tonight o_o

a scene from canada.

driving back down to the u.s. border, i looked out my window & beheld a beautiful mountainous lake. i had to make an emergency u-turn, because there’s no way i was going to miss this. 🥹

a practice i picked up years ago, was stopping for literally anything. usually scenic views— because i realized that if i didn’t take the time to stop & enjoy something, there was a chance i’d never get that opportunity again. plus that’s kind of the whole point of road tripping for me ;)
