I’ve always been a private person, cherishing the peace that comes with staying out of the spotlight. But as I’ve grown and learned, I’ve realized the incredible impact social media can have. It’s a powerful tool that can educate, inspire, and uplift others.

If you’ve followed my business page for a while you’ve probably noticed I haven’t posted any video content in a long time. The reels I used to post weren’t inspiring me and it wasn’t what I really wanted to create. Facing the fear of public scrutiny and pressure has been one of my greatest challenges. The thought of opening up and sharing myself with the world was daunting. But I’ve come to understand that if what I know can help even one person, then it’s worth it.

We all have our battles and obstacles, but it’s through overcoming them that we find our strength and purpose. So here I am, stepping out of my comfort zone (again) to share educational and informative, (and hopefully comedic) real estate content with all of you. My goal is to inspire, motivate, and provide value to your lives.

Remember, it’s okay to be afraid. It’s okay to have doubts. But never let those fears hold you back from making a difference. Whether it’s in your own life or others. If you have something valuable to share, don’t hesitate. Your voice matters, and you never know who you might inspire along the way.

Thank you, endlessly, to those who’ve kept reminding me that I need to share my gifts with the world. You know who you are.

Use this figure as a general guide, but remember that the actual amount you can afford will vary based on interest rates, your debt-to-income ratio, and additional costs like property taxes or homeowners association fees, if applicable. While these numbers provide a good starting point and are typically in line with what a lender would approve, make sure you’re comfortable with the monthly payments. Once you’ve set a budget, commit to it for your own peace of mind and to make the process easier for your real estate agent and for you.

Be cautious about browsing homes out of your price range; it could lead to dissatisfaction with homes you can actually afford. There’s no need to feel down about purchasing a new home within your means. The world of real estate is about strategic growth. If you can’t afford your dream home now, start with what you can afford. Improve it, sell it, and use the profits to invest in more property. Repeat the process, and you’ll likely find yourself in your dream home eventually.
