A day at Chuck E. Cheese with my daughter ended up being a very sustainable outfit opportunity today! The cotton tee is by @yesfriendsbrand. The linen skirt is by @thecloth.hq. Wear what you already own and definitely go through your closet first when dressing for a type or trend. For example, I wanted to wear more unbuttoned cardigans this Fall and totally forgot I still owned this cute one from @vessitalondon.

Sustainability in today's outfit comes from owning both these jeans and this top for at least four years now. Plus the bag is a pre-owned Chloé from @therealreal. Shoes are @vans which are only new because the ones they replaced were over ten years old. (I still wear those ones too)
Personally I love this look and I plan on wearing more cardigans this fall and winter, always slightly unbuttoned for interest. Sustainable brands, here I come on a cardigan hunt!

I actually bought this as a set, but I will debut the top another time of this wonderful and sustainable activewear from @pact. This top, by @jamesperse, I've owned for at least twelve years already and I don't plan on getting rid of it anytime soon. Remember, buy smart the first time around so you'll keep it, thus sustainability.
