Okayyy, so this wasn’t toured last Saturday…it was the Saturday BEFORE 😂 BUT it’s STILL on the market, so clearly you NEED to see it!

🍂 La Vergne Fall Festival was a GOOD time for family time!

One of my favorite things about living in a smaller city is that you really get to see your neighbors. You run into people you know, meet new faces, support local businesses, eat ALL the good food, and just enjoy being part of the community. ❤️

The City Mayor @jasonbcole was out, along with several local candidates, and our local businesses showed up to showcase what they do best. It was such a great reminder of what makes a small-town community so special.

Good food. Good people. Local businesses. A whole lot of community. That’s what it’s about!

And honestly… if you’ve ever thought about moving to a smaller town, this is your sign to come experience it for yourself. There’s something pretty special about knowing your community and actually feeling connected to it! 🏡
