A year ago the Lord place a dream on my heart.
As of this summer, it will no longer be a dream.

In the wise words of Phoebe Bridgers, “anyways, don’t be a stranger.”
While the end of four years marks the end of a chapter, it also allows for the beginning of a new one. I’m incredibly grateful for all the ways the Lord has used these people in my life. And though I will miss them, I’m so excited to see what’s next for all of us. Thank you for everything, good and bad🫶 by @ashton.james35

Dear Goddard CTE,
Thank you for four incredible years of career exploration, training, and fun. Our journey started with a bang a few years ago with a win at STEM Challenge and MESA I. The following year I was so incredibly blessed to serve as your President of what was then the MESA club. Building rockets, earning college credit, and getting to lead another STEM challenge team made Sophomore year a great time! Then getting to explore my strengths within real world career environments my Junior year in CAD classes and competing in TSA alongside some of the greatest teammates. This final year has been a wonderful way to cap off my career, though I was not able to compete at SkillsUSA it was a great honor to be the competition coordinator and serve along side my friends and local educators. Over the past 4 years I have grown to learn how to win, but I’ve also grown to learn how to learn from losses. I’ve been able to network with so many incredible people and make some of the greatest friends. Pictures will never do the amount of fun I truly had in this program. It truly is a family that I’ve been so blessed to be apart of. 🚀🫶 by @ashton.james35

This weekend I had the wonderful opportunity to play in the Colorado State Disc Golf championship. Though I did get my butt thoroughly kicked in MA2, I definitely felt how much I’ve improved these past few months and accomplished some goals I set for myself!

Thanks to Matt for bringing me up here and being a great caddy!
Thanks to @lucaswright007 and @thasc_razy for encouraging me to be better and to push myself!
And thanks to everyone back home for the encouraging messages and support! by @ashton.james35

“And I heard the voice of the Lord saying, “Whom shall I send, and who will go for us?” Then I said, “Here I am! Send me.””
‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭6‬:‭8‬

This week I got to spend time with my spiritual family and my cause crew growing back together. The trip was fun but the mission is ahead of us in Roswell. Here I am Lord, send me! by @ashton.james35

Grindstone Canyon Loop - Tried a new type of bag today, switched into an @ospreypacks small day bag and experienced a great deal of comfort from the lightweight and back support that came with the bag.
