POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

my love for the travel and wellness industry had me chasing the next hot spot, buying into all the new trends, and at the end, still feeling like something was missing

I realized both the industries are selling me the same thing- an idealized future me -

And I am the only one that knows the places, choices, habits that my highest self needs.

@thisisaligned is a new way to travel, and a new way to approach wellness. Using tools like astrocartography and integrative nutrition we travel for personal development. Unlocking new stories and that genuine feeling of being aligned.

big love to my ladies that have helped bring my vision to life <3

My Eat Pray Love era has come to close, and as I look back, I’m just so grateful for the experience because of the numerous lessons and skills it gave me that I will use for the rest of my life.

Among all of the videos and journal entries I have scattered across my phone and in numerous journals. I want to compile them all into something not only that I can come back to, but also to share my journey and the lessons I learned along the way.

Our South of France retreat is now live!

Spend a week to disconnect in the French countryside of Gascony, the Tuscany of France.

Daily Pilates, private chef, vineyard tastings, wellness and astrology workshops, scrap and yap, and curated dinners.

Our venue is cute, whimsical, and everything we need for a week with the girls.

✨comment France and we’ll send you all the details by @ashyaligned

bts of hosting a retreat 001.

hosting anything is such a big undertaking because it's all about the small little details that all have to come together to make a great experience. i've met so many women lately that would love to start hosting their own fill in the blank (whatever that is for you).

hosting anything big and asking for money, you have to go through such big impostor syndrome even though it takes you so much time and so much of your own money that you have to put into it. it feels like you're never qualified to host something but i promise you are.

my list is already compiling for the next week and it's so fun to watch all the little things come together!! by @ashyaligned

I’ve been around so many amazing and ambitious women lately and two thing we all have in common is

1. we’re scared to do the thing but we do it anyway.

2. We tend to forget how far we’ve come in the past two years because we’re so focused on this bigger vision that takes a lot time and a lot of effort to build and a lot of audacity!!!
and yet
we’re a lot further along than we were two years ago so silly us by @ashyaligned

the people you meet, the experiences you have, the aha moments that click.
