Proud, but never satisfied. The grind continues. 💪🏾✨

I officially wrapped up my first bodybuilding season this weekend—my second and final show of the year. For everyone asking: I placed 2nd in both Novice and Open. Considering I only started working with my coach in June, I’m truly proud of what I brought to the stage.

The transformation from my last show alone reminds me why I love this sport. But trust—there’s still work to do. I’m taking the next few months to GROW, refine, and come back undeniable.

Next time you see me on that stage, I’m coming for the all-around. 🏆🔥

I want to give to give the biggest shoutout to my coach who supports me and carried me through my first prep and season. I love you!

My Superfly Jiu Jitsu warrior! 🥋❤️

So proud of my baby for stepping out there and competing in her very first fight, officially starting her athletic journey!

If you would have told me that this child would one day enjoy fighting, I would have never believed you! 😂 But seeing her out there brought me SO much joy. She showed so much heart, courage, and determination. And although she may not have been victorious this time, we are already even hungrier for the next one! 💪🏽🔥

A huge shoutout to @superflyjiujitsu and the entire coaching staff. You guys have shown my daughter so much heart, passion, and patience. In the short time we’ve been at this school, we’ve learned that this sport is about so much more than strength. It requires listening, discipline, technique, perseverance, and trust.

I’m so appreciative of the time, lessons, and treasures we’ve already gained through this journey. Watching her step onto that mat for the first time was a proud mom moment I’ll never forget. 🥹❤️

Happy 30th to my Ace!
I love you so much, and I’m incredibly grateful that we’ve shared more than a decade of friendship together( and seven amazing years with Ivy). Thank you for every memory, every laugh, and every moment we’ve experienced along the way.

I often think about how different my life would be if I had never met you. God knew exactly what I needed when He placed you in my life: a true friend, wise advice, fun, and someone who would be there for so many of my favorite life moments.
You are a phenomenal woman, and I’m so proud of the person you are. I can’t wait for all the memories, adventures, and milestones still ahead of us.
