POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

An unbelievable effort from Boro fans part of the Asia Middlesbrough Supporters Club to make the journey to Wembley with such short notice, less than 3 days after the Spygate Scandal was upheld.

Fans from the Thailand, Hong Kong, Dubai and Qatar Middlesbrough Supporters groups all made the journey to Wembley, thousands of miles in some cases. cheering on their team in the EFL Championship Final.

Sadly, the game and result was not desired. But the growth of this Asia Boro fan network is going from strength to strength. More meet ups. More connection. More experiences. More loyalty. More Boro. And much more to come 👊🏼

We go again next season. #UTB by @asiamfcboro

Wembley was the talk of the season. As thousands watched the Boro in the EFL Championship Final in a sunny London, the Boro were once again we backed by the magnificent support overseas in Asia and nearby - the Middle East, Southeast & Northeast Asia and the Asia Pacific.

Over a dozen meet ups has been arranged by our supporter groups. Multiple in Vietnam & Thailand. A meet up in Singapore with the Malaysia Boro supporters group joining. Hong Kong & China Boro groups. Dubai, the most impressive and fast growing supporters group from our network. Also shoutouts to the Philippines, Qatar, Bahrain for joining.

It was one of the biggest collective Asia-wide meet ups to watch a Boro game that we’ve collectively organised together. Incredible stuff. Incredible support.

Unstoppable growth with more to come.

Also, a special collaboration on the day with the @pomsinperthwa group - with hundreds of Boro fans turning out to watch the Final in Australia.

The Wembley curse continues, but so does the Asia-wise support. We are the Boro, and we shall overcome some day.

Will Lankshear has scored in the last two Boro games, netting the winner v Wolves grabbing Boro’s second in a 3-2 win v Stoke in midweek. ⚡️

But how crucial is he and how many goals can he score this season? 🤔
