I am not inspired to write something about the narratives and selection of the songs or the narrative process behind, from Toni Morrison strength and words of resilience to Darwish poetic weaponing of love and resistance. I stand with Freedom and music will always be an act of togetherness, energised emotions and resistance. Thanks @andregranada, @esrlive and to the love of shared practices, @immonalisa for accepting the invitation and bringing Fairuz in your heart.

🤲🏻 No one is free until we are all free 🤲🏻

@the_lodge_berlin is becoming a family affair thanks to @liamsegal and @kablanroy for the amazing spirit and dedication, troopers of community. This night it went unexpectedly long because the crowd made me dance long in the booth, here is the first chill hour 🧚‍♂️.

How can you ever run from the place that teaches you how to love? I love you AZIZAM IRAN 🇮🇷

Random pictures I took (during the car journey from Shiraz to Tehran 14.06) with an old phone while understanding deeply how 1 heart can be in so many others, equally flourishing. On Saturday the 14th of June in Shiraz, while deciding to take the risk of going back to Tehran, I told my friends see you in a couple of hours. This did not happen. I see them in every second since then. I look at myself in the mirror I carry them. I didn’t take any risk, contrary to all Iranian people who despite all gave me the most beautiful lesson one couldn’t dream. taken in Iran ایران by @asissas

“We are in a critical phase of life, Dying for nonsense” He said

“So you see… when a Favelado dies that they kill, where’s the newspaper? They hush up the case”

“The kid died that those guys killed, killing him right there, in Nordeste. The needed to stop BR (highway) because they protested, then everything stopped, no cars could pass, they burned buses, everything blocked. Only then the Media showed up!”

In the depths of a weird contemplation and recent conversations with friends I wonder what and who shapes our minds in such vivid and manic ways. How we allow the threads of pretended wisdom to play such roles. Memories of conversations with kids in Salvador da Bahia resurface sparking a question just seems out of reach. taken in Salvador, Bahia, Brasil by @asissas
