A downtown mural that blooms with meaning 🌸🧠
“When the Mind Blooms” celebrates neurodiversity, lifelong learning, and the magic that happens when artists lift each other up. From ASK’s collaborative classes to Locale’s commitment to public art, this piece shows how creativity grows community.

See it at 18th & G Street in Mural Alley.
💛 Bakersfield pride, painted big.
