First, it was my absolute honor to have been THE OPENING ACT for Așa on Sunday, I had so much fun up there..
However, I have pinched myself like 100 times since Sunday because there’s no way I sang with the AȘA!!
Like the woman who was one of the reasons I picked up the guitar in the first place?
The woman whose song was the first one I ever learnt on the guitar?
The woman who everyone says I remind them of? (AS-ACUSSATIONS) lol
I cannot believe, I still cannot believe 😭.
People say never meet your heroes, well I met mine and she was absolutely gracious and a delight 😭 ❤️
I have been riding a high I didn’t know was possible to reach in my life😫😫.
I don’t even know what to say, her validation meant the WORLD to me…
Has Asa ever played the Guitar for you before?
Sigh,
Be expecting 2 more posts from this 😂
Thank you @cokobarcom
Thank you @asaofficial 🥹🥹❤️.
Thank you @kinggboma for capturing this moment.

Imagine the shock discovering that Ṣẹwà bagged four Headies nominations shortly after considering quitting music.

We spoke with @askaboutsewa about her albums, Headies recognition, and building her career.
