Here is the difference in Rich vs Poor mindset.
A) The use Debt
* Poor ask: How do I get out of debt?
* Rich ask: What can this debt buy me?

B) Focus on ownership
* Poor: Rely on income
* Rich: Own things that make them wealthy
such as:
1) Real estate
2) Dividend stocks
3) Small businesses

C) Buy back their time
* Poor: Doing everything themselves.
* Rich: Outsource repetitive tasks
1) Cooking
2) Cleaning
3) Laundry...

Don’t just ask, “What’s the mortgage?”
Ask: “What will my TOTAL monthly payment be?”

2: Insurance

3: The Neighborhood, Not Just the House

Morning. Evening. Weekend.

Mayor Mamdani is cracking down on bad Landlords in New York City, who are not following the safety laws.
I’m OK with any mayor asking for money so long as it goes to the cities, recreation, children, care, healthcare, parks, and recreation, and making the city better. I’m not OK with my money going to war and weapons.
If you were responsible, Landlord, you should have no problem with Mayor Mamdani imposing these safety oriented policies in New York City. There are a lot of bad landlords in New York City, who have increased the rents to make the cost of living un affordable. If you are able to pay off your property. Would you pay it off? Does that make any sense?

Well, contrary to the norms paying off your property could work against you.

For example, you will lose all the tax breaks you’re getting from the interest you’re paying on the property.

Also, you’re not using your cash wisely. You could use the cash to invest in other assets, such as stocks, bonds and many other investment opportunities.

Lastly, you could also use the equity of your house to buy other investment properties.

So what seems to be the obvious choice to pay off your house as soon as possible it’s not a good long-term strategy in my opinion.

This video is about the controversy between Ed Sheeran and Robert Kraft the billionaire. Robert Kraft forced Ed Sheeran to drop his opening act the rapper Macklemore from his tour because he simply said free Palestine.
Michael Moore was simply expressing his opinions as a matter of free speech.
He was not trying to make a political stunt.
Macklemore was a father and has a daughter and a wife. He’s a good man and as a father he feels for people in Gaza. The genocide that has been committed in Gaza. That is why he said free Palestine in his first concert in the US.

The Internet is outraged at NFL, billionaires trying to control what artist can or cannot say on their tours. Ed Sheeran buckled from pressure off Robert Kraft who owns the stadium where Ed Sheeran and Macklemore were performing.
This is an attack to punish Macklemore and any other artist who they opened their mouths against the genocide that is happening in Gaza.
No artist should ever be stopped from expressing their free speech according to our constitution.

The interest rates are higher than they have been in the past five years. Which is making a lot of buyers very nervous, but should they be nervous or should they pull the trigger?
Interest rates were supposed to go down this year but they haven’t so should you wait to buy or should you jump in the market?
My ticket is that he should have a different perspective. A good property with not so great interest rate is still a good property similarly a bad property with a good interest rate is still a bad property.
So focus should be to find a good property and accept the interest rates off the season.
Once you have the good property, you can always refinance in future.
But if you keep waiting, you may miss out on a good property, which has good location, good schools, high traffic near a highway near shops and restaurants and someone and so forth. So what are you waiting for?

New York City homeowners are losing their homes due to do a tax lien policy loophole, which was enacted by Rudy Giuliani.
This policy was allowing the government to take over innocent homeowners homes in mainly the black Neighbourhood by as much as six times the rate of white Neighborhoods.
Tax lein policies are not moral and should be stopped in all cities and states.
Please encourage your mayors and senators just like the NYC mayor Mamdani to stop these tax lies from taking property away from homeowners.
