DO YOU NEED SOMETHING TO LOOK FORWARD TO?

DO YOU HAVE JOY IN YOUR LIFE?

I've got just the thing... Honestly what was a last minute, late night decision to look up @darwindoofers in 2022 has led to some of the best times in my life 💕

After 5 straight years of Darwin pilgrimage, I can say without any doubt it is the absolute BEST Sunday session ~ phat, funky, groovy, emotional, joyful, playful, topped with bin juice, beautiful sunshine and blue skies 🌞

This year I was so very thankful and grateful to have an opportunity to perform during the Sunday Funday (I got a chance last year but really let myself down performance wise)....this year, the energies were flowing all the right direction 🪩

I have a lot of stories still to tell but for now I'll let the visuals do the talking - thanks to @darktripau for the vid 📽️

Thank you to the wonderful mix of marvellous people who run @weareaetheria and attend - a multicultural wonderland, & classic example of what makes modern Australia such a special place to live and love 💕

When the vibes are 💯

Thank you @dragon_dreaming_festival for the opportunity to perform for our nearest and dearest. As our first ever multi day doof we've been attending for over a decade and love this community 🫂

It was a privilege to bring the "Rodman edition" of Hugh Jass booty techno to the mad Monday with a collection of all our favourite party acts 🥳

The day was bonkers fun with @sophdexx
Starting with a bang, @da_heebiejeebies
Cutting pickle sick, and the big cheese's @mood_swing_and_chevy_bass closing the show in style 🕺💃

We had hoops of fun, and we think y'all did too 🏀😍🪩

Mix up on SC, check out bio for links 🎶

Thanks to Maria for the excellent photography 📸
@kristie_williams_1990 for the hair slam dunk 🙂
@volkiene__vorpal & @subsensory for the trust 🤠 by @askrennie

PUBLIC SERVICE APOLOGY*
In recent months abundant slanderous private remarks have been made by myself in regards to one @hughjassdjs aka @garydose to numerous different people's.

Terms such as "massive dog cnut" , "doggin' the boys as", "on the sh!t list" have been made on what has now been revealed as TELSTRA ERROR - multiple SMS that were sent were never received; feelings were hurt and not discussed till the weekend just past.

A beautiful result from the amazing Mushroom Valley is the confirmation that Hugh Jass is no longer a run away freight train speeding towards break up but instead a loving, cohesive duo of disheveled scallywags who can bring the party from 0 to hero... With the mix up on SC cementing out union 🤠

Continued... PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT & THANK YOU'S

@mushroom_valley_festival thank you for having, hosting and encouraging us. Doing endless hard work, and bringing together an impeccable bunch of creatives in an astoundingly beautiful part of the world, resulting in life changing moments ❤️‍🔥

@mr_soundfood love our work together on main discussing philosophy via the dancefloor kitchen.

@ozstrayleah , @wink.phot0s , @grommie__ , @kayoalves_camilarosa , @itsmosto for being the greatest bang gang peppers/ set supporters.

To my @8ballaudioofficial brothers. Our friendship has been a constant source of joy, inspiration and laughs.

@bustaflux_dnb generous with his DJ skills, sharing knowledge and care, amongst absolute heaters.

@grugmusic with his love, cuddles and continued stories, amongst beasty belters.

@duosdnb with superb stezz knowledge, love of breaks & unofficial HJ mediator / counselling servicea, amongst sledging broken beat madness.

This all culminated with the dance of a lifetime as Bez/ Leeroy Friday night on main PLUS the ultimate breakbeat badasserry Saturday on the river with @exeltek , Synoptic & @vsoundz

I love you all so much, and look forward to our next shenanigans 💘

Co founder of Squared Senses Festival, Paradisco Presents, Wagga Underground Sounds & Alien Welcoming Committee theme camp, RENNIE is an incredibly nerdy funky fan who fell face first into a disco puddle during a boogie shower, that LOVES a party!

Genre, tempo, and convention won’t stand in the way of RENNIE combining all the best funk infused, spacey, progressive, disco, house, breaks & techno tunes that can be found. It’s good fun made easy. by @askrennie
