I’ve never been particularly interested in playing life safe.

Not with my experiences. Not with my purpose. And definitely not with the work I choose to do.

I grew up in a military family, became a Marine, and eventually realized how many military families make some of the biggest financial decisions of their lives without anyone ever teaching them how the game works.

My own family was one of them.

That’s why this became about more than selling houses.

I teach first. I ask questions, run the numbers, challenge the obvious answer—and sometimes tell someone not to buy or sell if it doesn’t move their mission forward.

Mission First. People Always.

I’m Terrence Davis—a Marine veteran and real estate agent helping military families in Southern California use homeownership and their VA benefits to build wealth.

The houses are what I sell.

The mission is what I’m actually here for.

And apparently sometimes that mission involves leaving a showing to jump out of a perfectly good airplane. 😂🪂 by @askterrencedavis

Most realtors don’t admit this publicly. 👀

But they’re in the 85% of licensed agents that haven’t closed a single deal in 2026.

Not because the market is bad. 🏠

Not because buyers aren’t out there.

Because they don’t have the lead flow. 📉

This is one of my preferred realtors. I asked him to share his experience working with me because I think it says more than anything I could say myself. 🎙️

The lead came to him warm. Pre-qualified. Ready to move. All he had to do was take it to the finish line and collect his commission. 💰

That’s what I do for the realtors in my network.

I generate the deals. I hand off the leads. They close and get paid. 🤝

While most agents are cold calling expired listings and sitting at open houses hoping someone walks in — my realtors are working leads that are already moving. 🔥
