Being a good mom doesn't mean putting yourself last in every aspect of your life. ❤️

My son has his dreams. I have mine. And I want him to grow up seeing his mom chase hers, too. 🏃🏻‍♀️🔥

Off-season is all about enjoying the journey—easy miles, endless laughs, and warm-ups that somehow turn into the funniest part of the session. 😂🏃‍♀️

Everyone needs a friend like her 🤍

🏋️‍♀️ "Let's do strength training." — OK.
🏃‍♀️ "Let's run." — OK.
🧘‍♀️ "Let's do Pilates." — OK.
🧘‍♀️ "Let's do yoga." — OK.
🏄‍♀️ "Let's try surfing." — OK.

✨ She never says no to an adventure.

Race season: paused.
Running: always.
Surfing: unlocked. 🤙💙🌊

Running is fun. Running with the right people is even better.

The best friendships are the ones that start with a simple “Should we sign up?” and somehow end with early alarms, long runs, race photos, sore legs, and medals hanging on the wall.

The finish lines are great, but the people you share them with make them special. ❤️
