POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Not every deal is easy but just like a rose can grow out of concrete, tough deals CAN reach the finish line when everyone is committed to a way forward! The market is unpredictable. Heck! Life is unpredictable. My seller invested a lot of money into her home thinking she’d be here for a long time, but opportunity knocked and the move needed to be made. The comps were against but we were in for the fight 💪

This is week I was told stop telling yourself the bad stories… start telling yourself the good ones…. Can you imagine how much peace we rob ourselves and the limitations we put on our goals and plans because we believe worst case scenarios… So today we are saying, YES it is possible, it can be done, and watch it HAPPEN!

Send 📲 this post to someone who needs to know it can work out they just need to tell themselves a “good story” and throw away that bad one 🚮 taken in Haddonfield, New Jersey by @aspen.a.thomas

Summer is when everyone wants the shore house. Fall and winter can be when you BUY it 😉

If owning a shore home is on your 2027 goal list, now is the time to start the conversation.

📲 Let’s talk about what buying at the shore could look like for you…

One of my most favorite homes in Merchantville New Jersey is getting ready to hit the market!! This home is a total show stopper and personally I’ve never driven past without gawking 🫠
This home was tastefully designed and renovated yet still maintains it’s original charm. Picture your mornings and evenings on the porch and enjoy walking distance to @thestation10 and @bluemonkeytavern @aunt_charlottes and a host of what Merchantville has to offer. This one is a goodie 🖤
DM for the details and to schedule your private showing 👌🏾✨

First time I got out of church and actually went home so I was pretty strategic with my time BUT I was craving baked potato soup and even threw a box of Ghirardelli brownies in the oven. What are you guys eating on this first Fall 🍁🍂 stormy sunday?

And just like that… we made it to her senior year 🎓
Every year we took the pictures, prepared as best as we could, but you’re never truly ready for the challenges you’ll face. New friends, new school, new sports, injuries, a PANDEMIC! Yet, we made it!
Her last first day of high school. One more year of memories before the next chapter begins.

The world is waiting for you Gi… go get em and trust God has got you covered ✨

The unofficial “Goodbye” now that school starts and schedules will get tight and hectic. This summer went by WAY too fast. I love my kids home, I love slower mornings, beach, pool and endless sun ☀️
