I never planned to fall in love with road racing. 🏍️💜

In March 2026, I started an account about motorcycle culture. A few weeks later, I discovered road racing — and completely fell for it.

I knew nothing about the sport, the riders or the races. So I started researching. And when I realised how little information was available in Polish, I decided to start creating it myself.

This carousel is the story of how curiosity turned into AsphaltMagic.

I finally managed to get everything sorted with Yann Druel @ximino_racing , a sidecar passenger from my paddock! 🤩

After his initially positive reaction and the creation of the first script, we had to rework it from scratch because Yann’s opinion had changed.

But now that he’s approved the updated version, I can finally share his perspective with you officially.

Merci, Yann! 💜

P.S. At least I couldn’t escape the recording troubles. 😜

Kuba is one of those racers who are not only always smiling but also genuinely lovely people. 💜

October doesn't mean the end of the excitement in road racing! 🏍️💜

I've put together a roundup of road racing events taking place this October, so you can keep up with what's happening in the world of racing on public roads.

Some of these events are already behind us, but that doesn't mean they're not worth talking about! 👀

🏁 Did you know that sidecars weren’t originally designed for racing?

They were mainly used to carry passengers and, later, goods. Only afterwards did someone come up with the idea of racing them. 😏

And that’s how a practical motorcycle attachment became one of the most unusual forms of motorsport — sidecar racing. 🏁💜

Road racing in Europe is slowly coming to an end. There are still a few races in October, weather permitting.

So, on Monday, September 21st, 2026, I decided to check if there were still road races happening somewhere else in the world — apart from the Macau GP 🇨🇳 and New Zealand 🇳🇿.

And that’s how I came across the Gran Carrera de Motociclismo Circuito Callejero Las Mercedes.

In Bolivia. 🇧🇴 In South America.

The 5th edition is happening today, September 23rd, 2026.

The world of road racing is much bigger than the Isle of Man TT.

And I intend to discover it.

The return of Sidecar TT to the Isle of Man TT is exciting, but the new rules are already sparking discussion.

The cost of the changes could be a major challenge for some teams — and that’s one of the concerns being raised in the paddock.

But that’s not the only perspective. 👀

This time, the racing at the German Frohburger Dreieck circuit is happening this weekend, and my paddock will be there too. 💜🏁

I cheer for every racer, but when the riders from my paddock are racing, the emotions are on a whole different level. 😭💜

I won’t be there in person this time, but I’ll be there in spirit, cheering them on and keeping my fingers crossed for them! 🤞🏁

In today’s Monday edition of Sidecar Sunday, I’m taking a closer look at the new rules for the Sidecar TT class at the legendary Isle of Man TT.

We’ve been waiting, waiting… and finally, the organisers of the Isle of Man TT have decided what the future of Sidecar racing will look like from 2027.

Everything is being looked at — from aerodynamics and engines to the riders themselves.

Even the race distance is being reduced.

And all of this shows just how much technology and performance have evolved in Sidecar racing over the past few years — and how much the demands on both the machines and the riders have changed.
