This custom kitchen was built on vision, trust, and absolute precision — designed with luxury in mind, yet crafted to bring warmth, comfort, and effortless functionality to everyday life.

Every inch was planned with purpose — from the structural reinforcement and flawless framing, to the custom fine cabinetry and porcelain slabs that now define the space.

Beautifully designed by @rzinteriors_ , captured through the lens of @stephanibuchmanphoto , and managed with full dedication by our team at Astaneh Construction — this project reflects not just craftsmanship, but care.

This is what we call excellence.

When our clients step into their renovated home for the first time, you can see it — the emotion, the pride, the peace of knowing it all came together perfectly.

At Astaneh Construction, we don’t just renovate homes, we transform them into stories. Spaces built with passion, precision, and purpose, where every detail truly matters.

Because behind every transformation, there’s a journey — every detail, every decision, every late night — leading to moments like this. 🏡✨

A successful home transformation starts with understanding the client’s wish list, priorities, and budget.

For our upcoming full-home remodel and custom addition in Etobicoke, months of thoughtful planning, design development, and close collaboration with our clients have gone into shaping every detail of this transformation.

Every change in scope comes with a cost consideration. Our role is to guide those decisions, explore alternatives, and value-engineer wherever possible without compromising the overall vision.

The goal is simple: a thoughtful, functional design that reflects our clients’ vision and aligns with their investment expectations.

That’s the value of proper planning before construction begins.

This is what we call excellence.

Every home has a story. Years of memories, moments, and everyday life that make it more than just a house.

As one chapter comes to an end, another begins.

We believe a thoughtful transformation respects the past while making room for new memories.

This is what we call excellence.

A week ago, I was in New York and New Jersey, connecting with talented architects, interior designers, and builders.

My goal was simple: to see the construction journey from different perspectives.

To understand what designers and architects truly expect from builders, where the gaps are, and what we can do better.

Because great construction isn’t just about the final result. It’s about better collaboration, smarter planning, cost-effective solutions, and creating a smoother experience for everyone involved.

Most importantly, it’s about making sure homeowners enjoy the journey as much as the finished home.

And of course, New York and New Jersey are always worth a visit.

Designed for a couple who loved bold contrast, intricate details and loved to bring people together.

They wanted spaces that in encourage connection rather than separation. They wanted conversations to flow, guests to naturally gather and wanted every room to feel connected.
.
A generous island becomes a heart of the space while thoughtful details and layered materials create a kitchen that feels as inviting as it is refined

They say home additions come with limitations. We prove otherwise.

With the right builder, architect, and interior designer working together, almost anything is possible—without the cost of building from scratch.

Swipe to see the transformation of our East York custom home addition, from what it was to what it’s becoming.

This is what we call excellence.

Same wood-burning fireplace. Completely different surroundings.

From the custom mantel and built-in shelving to the premium stonework, every detail was designed with intention and brought to life by our hand-picked trades.

Because sometimes, the biggest transformations come from reimagining what’s already there.

Thoughtful design. Exceptional craftsmanship.

Before Ali and I ever worked together, he had already designed one of the most important homes in my life—my parents’ home in Bayview Village.

It was built about 10 years ago and became one of the most recognized homes in the neighbourhood because of the creativity and vision he brought to the design.

Today, we’re collaborating on projects together, and I get to experience firsthand the way he approaches architecture and every design decision.

Stay tuned for more conversations with Ali about architecture, design, and creating exceptional homes.

This is what we call excellence.

Okay… we had to do this trend. 😂

But behind the joke is something we take seriously:

If there’s a design, there should be a way to build it. And if there’s a way, there should be a plan.

Great design isn’t always easy to execute—and it shouldn’t have to be compromised just because the execution is challenging.

That’s why homeowners and designers trust us: to find the right way to bring the vision to life without compromising the design, the craftsmanship, or the dream behind it.

This is what we call excellence.
