Welcome to Asteri Designs! ✨

Hi, we’re Ross and Irene—husband and wife, parents to three beautiful kids, and the faces behind Asteri Designs. Our journey started with a simple love for lighting and how it can completely transform a space.

Ross has been running an electrical business for over 15 years, and Irene, a teacher by trade, has always had an eye for creating warm, inviting spaces. Over time, we found ourselves drawn to the beauty of lighting design—not just for its function but for the mood and ambiance it creates.

Life with three little ones is busy, and through our own experiences, we’ve grown to love a minimalist, relaxed home environment. We believe the right lighting can bring a sense of calm, warmth, and effortless style to any space, and that’s what we hope to share with you.

We’re just a small family chasing a big dream (while also chasing after our kids). Every follow, share, and kind word means the world to us. If you love beautiful lighting with a Mediterranean touch, we’d love for you to stick around, share our page, and help us light up more homes—one light at a time!

✨ We’d love to welcome you into our showroom or our online shop to explore our designs in person or from the comfort of your home. Come say hi, get inspired, and find the perfect lighting for your space!

Lighting inspiration doesn’t stop just because we’re on holidays. 🇬🇷☀️

The crew and I have swapped the showroom for the Greek islands for a few weeks, but don’t worry… we’re still doing what we love—keeping our eyes open for beautiful architecture, timeless design, and lighting inspiration to bring back home.

Every little street, every whitewashed wall, every shadow and every detail sparks new ideas. 💡

While we’re making family memories, it’s still business as usual behind the scenes. Emails are being replied to, orders are still being packed and sent, and we’re working on exciting new ideas for Asteri Designs.

Sometimes the best inspiration comes when you slow down, look around, and experience great design in its natural setting.

Can’t wait to bring a little piece of Greece back to Australia. 🇬🇷✨ taken in Mykonos, Greece by @asteridesigns_lighting

The beginning of something special. 🇬🇷

Right now, it’s cables, concrete and careful planning. Soon, it’ll be warmth, atmosphere and timeless design.

We’re proud to be bringing ASTERI Designs to Neapoli, Lakonia, where our lighting will become part of this stunning Mediterranean renovation from the ground up.

Every detail is being considered, every light carefully chosen, to create a home that feels effortless by day and unforgettable by night.

This is just the beginning.

Watch this space as the transformation unfolds.

Some pieces are more than just lighting — they’re part of a family’s story 🤍

This breathtaking chandelier is a true masterpiece of time, travel, and craftsmanship. Originally handmade on the small island of Murano in Venice, each element has been carefully formed using traditional Italian blown glass techniques, with its signature Murano glass crystals reflecting generations of artistry.

From its beginnings in Italy, this piece journeyed across the world to New York, where it spent many years as part of a family home — witnessing life, memories, and moments. Today, it begins its next chapter here in Melbourne, Australia, where it will continue to live on for another 100 years in this beautifully renovated, heritage bespoke home.

It’s more than a chandelier — it’s a legacy.

We are incredibly grateful to have been trusted with carefully testing, disconnecting, relocating, and reinstalling this irreplaceable piece. Projects like this require more than just installation — they demand precision, respect, and a deep understanding of the value behind every detail.

At Asteri Designs, we don’t just supply lighting — we specialise in premium, high-end installations, delivered by our fully licensed electrical team with the utmost care and attention.

Australia-wide service.
High-end finishes.
Handled with care.

If you have a special piece or are creating your dream space, get in touch with the Asteri Designs team.
