Hitting is hard. 💯 Most hitters make it harder by swinging at everything.

Good hitters hunt. Early in the count, they look for one pitch in one zone. If it’s not there, they take it. Ahead in the count, they swing to do damage. With two strikes, the job changes. Shorten up and battle.

And when they miss, they miss the right way. A pulled foul early in the count means you were on time. Late to the backside means you got beat.

We track every swing at Asteri, so you know which one it was.

Swipe through and save this for your next round.

No two sessions look quite the same around here.

Different ages, different goals, and different things to work on.

Some athletes are working on the fundamentals, others are fine-tuning things they’ve been practicing for years. Our coaches understand each athlete individually and know how to figure out what makes sense for them.

A few moments from around Asteri this week.

A little less explaining, a little more feeling it out.

A different way to work through an adjustment when a verbal cue just isn’t cutting it.

Feel it, repeat it, and let muscle memory do its job.

The little adjustments aren’t usually the parts that make the highlight reel… but they are usually what make a difference.

Talk through it. Adjust. Keep swinging.
