Nobody wanted to buy this development site, but we did. £200k net rent before finance costs, flying.

The wins
The heartache
The tears
The anxiety
The crazy experiences

Lots more to share, but the biggest thing to remember is that it’s possible.

People don’t understand the hard work required. 1000 D2V letters every Sunday. Few are willing to do it

Everybody wants the view but not the climb

If you think it’s easy, give your head a wobble.

Put in the graft, be relentless and see the rewards

Commercial to residential ✅

Great site (award winning)
Great provider
Great cause
Great numbers

Win win

Not all deals need to be all money out. Focus on acquiring great quality sites with great quality tenants, pretty simple really.

Happy with this one, well done team 👏🏽

Year rounded up so far 👇

Portfolio - FLYING. Absolutely flying. 2/3 of net rent goes to buying more. 1/3 goes to paying debt down. We don’t take a penny from this. 20 year play.

Investment agency - aiming to sell 30 more deals before EOY.

@_themembersclub nailing all angles. Members buying deals DAILY. Events, unforgettable. Results, proven.

@wearedaxome scaling nicely whilst nailing down processes.

Launched the property investment conference. (Tickets in bio)

Few more things in the pipeline.

Been a solid 2026 so far, now ready to end the year strong.

Our commercial development in Manchester City Centre is nearly done 👇

24 months
£1.5m
12 offices
M1 postcode

We wanted to stand out from standard white walls so we decided to do what most wouldn’t. Do the opposite.

Dark carpets, dark ceilings, wall lights and top of the range AC.

Not even launched any marketing and half of them gone.

Good JV with our partners overseas.

DM if you want one
