The newly renamed KS Astras will move from Kansas City to Des Moines for the 2025-26 season.

While this change brings uncertainty and disappointment to local fans, it’s not the end of our story. We remain committed to honoring our roots and returning to KC when the time is right.

Thank you for your continued support as we navigate this transition. Together, we will overcome these challenges and rise above.❤️‍🔥

A late facility update brings unanticipated expenses to the KS Astras season. We’re grateful for the community’s support as we move forward together.

“What do you do for work?”

Tbh no idea but have fun guessing!🫡

I was told that social media is important or something for what I’m doing & that I should lead by example.. idk what kind of example this is but here we are.

As the owner and president of @astras.fc the days don’t end and the weekends don’t exist.

1:45-4a deep work session - scheduling contracts, emails, player forms, sponsor plans. Making the world go round to have a successful 2026/27 @womens_masl season. What you’re witnessing here is another sleepless night as a small business owner. Solving problems no one knows about.

6:30-8a is Breakky and getting ready for the day.

9-12:30p are all of the meetings I have from tech support, organizational planning sessions, sponsor calls, athlete sessions, etc.

1-3p we went to watch @spurgeon.msoc take on a local opponent in the blazing Kansas heat - hence the awkward sunburn I now have.

5-11:15p was spent with some great company that makes me giggle & forget what adulting is.🤭

I have no idea who would be interested in my day-to-day life but that’s also because I live it 24/7. It’s my normal. And I forget that my friends in other states/countries are curious SO I’m challenging myself to be more active on socials.. we’ll see how well that goes.. BUT HERES TO DAY 1?? by @astras.fc
