A glimpse into another week of helping womben reclaim their feminine wisdom🕯️✨We gathered in a Sisterhood Live Circle inside @thecyclicalcreative and explored hormone-supporting herbs and non-restrictive nourishment together.We also started diving deeper into the menstrual phase with teachings on understanding and supporting a healthy period🩸We set the scene for April with a challenge to help call on our inner wise womban. She’s the raw, intuitive, and wild womban that comes through as we bleed and brings the gift of clear vision. This inner wise womban is what we’ll be exploring this month🐺I wrapped up the week by sharing wisdom on connecting with the womb physically and energetically in a sisterhood circle held by @auraheartspace We got to explore our relationship to being a womban together in such a sacred space🌝I’m forever grateful that I get to hold space for womben who yearn for a life in alignment with their womb, feminine wisdom, and cyclical way of being💞If this sparks something within you, you can explore The Cyclical Creative for free through the link in my bio💫 by @astridorable

Ad - I’m certain one of the biggest gifts of this lifetime is being surrounded by the most amazing womben✨Leaning into my feminine is forcing me to walk my path with intuition, spontaneity, and fearlessness in the most beautiful ways. This weekend, walking this path led me to spend my time dancing, hugging, running barefoot, playing in the ocean, dancing some more, and howling along with such incredible womben gathered by @lisa.sommer.dans at her dancing retreat — a weekend I got to document and capture the magic of through my lens📷💞Wow, I get to do this for a living — someone pinch me please.
