I had the honor and privilege to collaborate with my friends at @unitedcenter to create this truly unique one-of-a-kind custom knight’s shield for @postmalone for his #12carattour stop in Chicago. Presented by the knights from @medieval_times you can see how genuinely thankful he was at such a thoughtful gift.

And while he didn’t wear it on stage as mentioned, the entire night was amazing and well-planned and Post’s show was incredible.

Most importantly, I shall now be referred to as Lord Astrotorf.

In the 10+ years of Astrotorf Customs, I’ve been blessed to meet some amazing people and been able to create some amazing memories I will cherish long after I stop painting.

In the case of @parkerrijos , a client, became a friend, became family *in my Dom Toretto voice*. His support over the past 7 years is immeasurable, from his own designs, to sharing the word with friends and co-workers, to inviting me, my family, and friends to @bucks games. All of this because he believes in me and wants to do whatever he can to support.

This gift is a small reflection of that support. Being invited to Game 6 of the 2021 Finals to witness in person the #bucksin6 and see the joy on his face seeing them win it all while also being able to share the moment with friends was something we’ll never forget. I have been working on this shoe and box design for a year and took the trip to Milwaukee to make this special delivery in person. While I discuss the details in the video, I want to make sure to acknowledge the unreal custom-designed display box (and many accessories) from @dnicecustoms . We’ve gone back and forth since last summer to put our ideas together and in typical fashion, he blew this out of the water. I’m grateful for his hard work and dedication to making this project just right since it meant so much to me, and as you can see in this video, to Parker.

Another #tbt to these Union LA Chicago/Royal colorway. Super clean color combo with the yellow accents, including hand-painted simulated stitching and aged midsole.
