Hello #EDLA family. Unfortunately we have to postpone tomorrow’s Beach Dance scheduled for 10/11/2026 due to storms causing flooding, beach erosion , strong winds and rain . We apologize for any inconveniences this may be causing, but the weather forecasts are unpredictable and there’s a coastal warning for Southern California to be aware of problems throughout this weekend.

We will have D Shoshi @soulshana108 back on Sunday November 1st when we move to our winter schedule 1pm-4pm. Ticket holders look out for information about your tickets and transfers via email. And we hope to see you the following Sunday 0ctober 18th with @yemanjo .

I’ll be your MC tomorrow night at @ecstaticdancela with @robin_parrish_ and @helanemarieanderson @sacralsoundsla!!!

And when I’m not on the mic or dance floor I’ll be practicing massage and energy healing next to the saunas workout/ lounge area. Clients are treated on a first come first serve basis. I’ll probably only have time for 4-6 sessions during the event ; so it’s best to sign up on my waitlist and even come early to get on my table during the warm up at 6:30pm if you know you want a session.

If you wont be at the dance tomorrow, and would like to work together. I’m available for private sessions here in Long Beach and throughout the greater LA & OC areas for bodywork, and internationally for remote energy healing sessions, coaching, and Reiki Trainings. Just DM to set up an appointment.

On Sundays we DANCE! 🌊🪩✨

We are calling all the playful ones, the silly ones, the wild ones, the ones who just want to LET IT GO!

Jump. Shake. Spin. Groove. Laugh. Flail.
Dance with your friends. Dance with strangers. Dance like nobody’s watching.
Because honestly… nobody is. 🫶

There’s something about watching a whole beach full of people completely lose themselves in the music that you’ll just have to experience for yourself…

And tomorrow 10/4, @evalygress is taking us there. 🐆🎶

A true dancer’s DJ, Leapin’ Lygress brings together organic + electronic sounds, beats, breaks, and melodies for an eclectic musical journey made to keep the body moving.

So if you’ve been thinking about coming… this is your sign.
Your Sunday could be sitting at home scrolling… or it could look like this. ☀️🎶🏝️

⭐ TOMORROW • SUNDAY, OCTOBER 4 ⭐

≫ 3:30pm — Gather + Stretch
≫ 3:45pm — Opening Circle
≫ 4:00pm — Ecstatic Dance with Leapin’ Lygress
≫ 6:00pm — Closing Meditation
≫ 6:15pm — End

📍 Venice Beach • End of Rose Ave
🎧 Silent Disco Ecstatic Dance
✨ All ages • substance-free • come as you are

🎟️ Tickets + info: ecstaticdancela.com

Come play. Come get weird. Come move your body.
Come see what you’ve been missing. 😏🫶

At #EcstaticDanceLA we create this container so we can heal together through movement.

Through connection to the music and to each other.

Through releasing the things that hold on tightly to us as we move through this human experience. 🌎

We create a space to let the body speak, to feel what needs to be felt, and to remember that we don’t have to carry everything alone. ❤️‍🩹

Come as you are. Move as you need. Leave a little lighter. 🫶✨

This Sunday, we’re releasing and recalibrating with @marqueswyatt on the dance floor. 🎶

Enter our GIVEAWAY to win 2 tickets to Sunday’s dance! See previous post to enter 🎉🙌
