Welcome to the summer outdoor editions of Positive Vibrations ⭕️🎶

Join us for our upcoming monthly singing circle, led and facilitated by Atef Malhas.

We will be gathering in the beautiful outdoor garden of Nuddge Space for an evening of spiritual and positive singing, connection, and shared music in a cozy outdoor setting 🌿✨

Together, we’ll sing a variety of uplifting songs and chants from different cultures, traditions, faiths, and languages — in an interactive and welcoming atmosphere where everyone can join in, whether you sing often or not.

We’ll begin with a short grounding meditation, followed by the singing circle, with lyrics shared so everyone can participate 🎶✨

“Somewhere Somewhere” ✨ an original chant inspired by the words of Jalal al-Din Rumi translated as:

“Beyond wrong and right, there is a field. I’ll meet you there.”

Yet a deeper reading points beyond simple ideas of morality or judgment — toward a meeting place beyond rigid ideas of belief and disbelief, ego and division.

Rumi, a man of deep faith and devotion, was not rejecting religion, but perhaps pointing toward something deeper within it: a space where hearts meet beyond labels and separation, while still rooted in love, devotion, and remembrance. 🌿🎶

يدعوكم/ن جدَل للمعرفة والثقافة بالتّعاون مع عاطف ملحس* لحضور أمسية غناء صوفيّة تفاعليّة بعنوان "ذبذبات ايجابية"

"ذبذبات إيجابية" هي تجربة غنائيّة روحانيّة تفاعليّة يقودها الفنان عاطف ملحس، تأخذ الجمهور في رحلة عبر مختارات من الأناشيد والقصائد الصوفيّة، في أجواء رمضانيّة مليئة بالحضور والسكينة. تتميّز الأمسية بتفاعل حيّ مع الجمهور، وتوزيعات موسيقيّة تجمع بين الصوت، والإيقاع، والإنشاد الجماعي، بمشاركة عازف إيقاع وضيفة مميزة. انضموا لنا لتجربة اتصال عميق من خلال الموسيقى والذكر والصوت الجماعي.

*عاطف ملحس، فنان مستقل وموسيقي متعدد الآلات، وميسّر لدوائر غناء تفاعليّة وورش عمل جماعيّة من خلال الموسيقى. يقدّم أعماله بروح أصيلة وصوت يحمل طابعًا وجدانيًا خاصًا، جامعًا بين الأداء والتعليم وصناعة المساحات الفنية التي تعزّز التواصل والوعي والحضور.

Jadal for Knowledge & Culture in collaboration with Atef Melhes* invites you to attend an interactive Sufi singing evening titled: “Positive Vibrations”.

“Positive Vibrations” is an interactive spiritual singing experience led by artist Atef Malhas, taking the audience on a journey through selected Sufi chants and poetic verses, in Ramadan-inspired atmospheres filled with presence and serenity.

The evening features live audience participation and musical arrangements blending voice, rhythm, and collective chanting, with the participation of a percussionist and a special guest. Join us for a deeply connective experience through music, remembrance (dhikr), and collective sound.

*Atef Malhas is an independent artist and multi-instrumentalist, and a facilitator of interactive singing circles and collective music workshops.
