I competed at the Texas Throwers Indoor championship meet my best was 19.21💥,I had a huge pr that was sector fouled (20m+) (2nd slide)🥲
Overall I felt really connected on my 1st turn and I’ve gotten a since of the feeling of push, now I need to push sooner on my 2nd and keep the tension for a big finish, overall decent meet.

Fall training is at a flow right now
Hammer: Have been trying to stay consistent with tighten up my steps, and having a big finish while containing Speed
Disc: I have been really working my right side , and driving that way so I can set up my finish with a big whip
I can’t complain about anything just getting better everyday. @momentum_throws #classof2026#uncommitted by @ath1eticmar
