Two days just weren't enough to fly... Or so we thought! ✨❤️ The Acro Yoga Masterclass with expert Pradeep Mehta was truly a one-of-a-kind experience. From learning how to be okay with falling (gracefully), to soaring on the trusted arms and feet of others - it was truly a lesson in trust, confidence, strength and communication. 🥨✨ Thank you to Mr Mehta and everyone who spent 6 hours with us this weekend, to learn a new skill and become a community bonded over a shared interest. The photos and videos aren't enough to truly capture the spirit of the masterclass. Which means only one thing...
