I came to Athens Nomad Fest to teach systems.

How to scale without burning out. How to build something that doesn’t collapse the moment you step away.

But the conversations that stayed with me weren’t about automations or tools.

They were about the fear. The doubt. The question every founder secretly carries: “Am I enough to build this?”

And that’s the truth I keep coming back to:

You build yourself before you build your business.

The systems hold the weight - but only if the person who built them did the inner work first. Mindset before mechanics. Identity before strategy. You, before the business.

Thank you @athensnomadfest for the experience and the opportunity to bring this workshop to life, and to connect with such inspiring people and an audience that brought real energy to the room.

What I love most about workshops is not sharing information.

It’s creating experiences.

We live in a world where information is everywhere. But knowing something and actually experiencing it are two completely different things.

That’s why I love experimental learning.

Keeping psychology simple. Letting people test it themselves. Interact. Reflect. Learn from each other. And hopefully leave the room with one small thing they can actually use in their own life.

One participant gave me probably the best compliment I could have received:

“Normally during workshops I check my phone all the time. During yours, I didn’t check it once.”

That meant a lot to me.

Because when people are involved instead of just listening, attention changes. You’re not trying to force people to focus. They become part of the experience.

And seeing people laugh, think, experiment and discover something about themselves is probably my favorite part of doing this.

Thank you @athensnomadfest for the incredible warmth, the people and the opportunity to share this session.

And thank you @pi55coworking for such a beautiful space to bring it to life.
