7,000 athletes trained. 🎯

What started as a vision to democratize AI coaching is becoming a movement. From rec leagues to elite programs across all 50 states and 100+ countries, Baseball AI and Softball AI are proving that great training shouldn't require a trust fund.

Every upload, every swing, every rep logged builds the data that powers better athletes.

Thank you for being part of this movement. 🧡

Softball AI didn't have a go-to-market plan one summer ago.
Today it's live on iOS and Android with over 150 users and its first paying customers.
Mika Lee built that from scratch.
A former D1 outfielder at UC Berkeley and current SDSU Sports MBA candidate, Mika joined us this summer to lead go-to-market for Softball AI. She turned raw user feedback into real product decisions. She worked through tens of thousands of records to find the patterns that shaped our roadmap. She ran live field research at a 200+ team national tournament, talking to real players, parents, and coaches until she understood exactly what they needed.
We're proud to promote her to Product Manager, Softball AI.
This is what building for athletes actually looks like. Not a title. Not a deck. The work.
Welcome to the next chapter, Mika.

Welcome to Athletech, Kwaku Farkye!
We’re excited to welcome Kwaku to Athletech as our Fractional CTO & Advisor.
Kwaku brings a rare combination of deep software engineering experience, startup leadership, and a builder’s mindset, from Cal Poly to engineering roles at multiple startups and ultimately Slack.
Now he’s bringing that experience to help us build the technology powering the future of sports development.
We’re still early. We’re still moving fast. And we’re building something much bigger than a single app.
Welcome to Athletech, Kwaku. Let’s build. by @athletechhq

6,000 athletes. 50 states. 90+ countries. Zero paid marketing.

On Christmas Eve 2024, Baseball AI was coded in a small home office.

Today, our team in San Diego powers Baseball AI and Softball AI for over 15 teams worldwide.

The mission stays simple: Pro-level mechanical coaching shouldn't be gated behind expensive private lessons or bulky hardware.

Excited to welcome Mika Lee to Athletech as our Go-to-Market Lead for Softball AI.

Mika is a former D1 outfielder and team captain at UC Berkeley, where she batted .380 her senior season while earning a Statistics degree. She's currently completing her Masters from the SDSU Sports MBA program, and has already built real industry reps — including work with the San Francisco Giants, Two Circles on MLBPA research, and the 2026 FIFA World Cup.

Her background is rare: someone who competed at the highest levels of the sport AND has the analytical and business training to execute a go-to-market strategy from the ground up.

Softball AI launches July 2026. We're building it with the right people.
Welcome, Mika.
