There's the sun, the air on your skin, you go aimlessly, and after a few kilometers you already feel better, the stress goes away and in the meantime you build physical fitness inside meditation. Ma quanto si sta bene a girare con la bici? Voglio dire: ti metti le scarpe, esci di casa , sali in sella e vai finché ne hai. C'è il sole, l'aria sulla pelle, procedi anche senza meta, e dopo qualche chilometro già ti senti meglio, lo stress se ne va e intanto costruisci la forma fisica, mentre sei dentro alla meditazione. Compared to riding motocross and Enduro with 31°c, riding the bike is really easy and light. Even fully clothed is another planet in comparison. Once a week cycling goes straight into my sphere. Two hours of training is a perfect start. Also good for recovering from joint impact on the motorcycle. Save your knees and build stability with tendons the strongest muscles without impact.

Rispetto ad andare in motocross e in Enduro con 31°c, girare in bici è veramente facile e leggero. Anche totalmente vestita è un altro pianeta a confronto. Una volta a settimana il ciclismo entra direttamente della mia sfera. Due ore di allenamento sono un inizio perfetto. Buono anche per recuperare dall'impatto articolare sulla moto. Salvi le ginocchia e costruisci stabilità con tendini i muscoli più forti senza impatto.
