3 weeks post my bodybuilding debut. I can honestly say it feels good to be back in prep this week. Took just a lil 👌🏾 time off now back to business. Been contemplating on doing another show this year… haven’t decided just yet, so stay tuned 😎..

This weekend was nothing short of amazing!
Participating in my debut bodybuilding competition to receiving my pro card. I honestly didn’t have any expectations other than leaving it all on stage!!
