Ugh this felt like such a full circle moment - having read the entire Lucky River Ranch series as an Arc and now Colt🫂!

I swear with each character (MMC and FMC) I swoon and fall more inlove with them ! Colt was everything you need in a cowboy romance. I said what I said 😉🤭.

So while my review is extremely late, as the saying goes, better late than never. I give you my Duke ARC review.

My gosh, where do I even start? From beginning to end, everything about this book was amazing, especially the relationship between Wheeler and Duke. Wheeler, being the wholesome, fiercely independent queen that she is, stole my heart immediately. She is hardworking, driven, and determined to build the life she wants, even when self doubt tries to creep in.

Duke Rivers is pure golden retriever perfection. He is gentle, kind, patient, and unwavering in his love for Wheeler. From the moment he meets her, he knows exactly what he wants and he never backs down. He shows up consistently, puts in the effort, and loves her in a way that feels safe, intentional, and deeply romantic.

The slow burn tension between them was everything. The push and pull had me holding my breath, and when they finally gave in, I could finally breathe. Their chemistry is intense, the spice is hot, and their dynamic together is absolutely addictive.

What truly made this story special was watching their relationship grow into a genuine friendship. They became a strong team, supporting one another’s dreams and facing life changes together with excitement instead of fear. The accidental pregnancy was handled beautifully, focusing on choice, growth, and partnership rather than just the pregnancy itself.

You can feel the love, happiness, and unwavering support they have for each other on every page. And the way Duke stood up to Wheeler’s father? Respectful, protective, and undeniably hot. That man would do absolutely anything for her.

Thank you to Jessica and Valentine PR for selecting me as an ARC reader. I adore this series more than words can say, and while I am so excited for what comes next, I am also not ready to say goodbye.
