▪️She, in Forty Words~
•
▪️Oil on Canvas (+ Gold Leaf Sheet)
•
▪️Dimensions: 60*40 cm

This commissioned painting was created as a 40th birthday gift, inspired by 40 words shared by the people closest to her. Each word described a different part of who she is; her strength, wisdom, kindness, courage, sense of humor, & the way she shows up for others.

I translated these words into colors, symbols, & details, giving each element a meaning of its own. The 40 feathers represent her 40 years, while every other detail carries a piece of the person her loved ones know.

Rather than simply capturing her appearance, I wanted to create a portrait shaped by the way others see her: 40 words, countless memories, and one unique woman! by @atisartz

🔸Some people spend their entire lives searching for meaning. The farther they go, the more they realize how vast existence truly is. Every answer leads to another unknown, and every discovery opens a new mystery.
In the end, the search itself becomes a way of living! A quiet journey through wonder, where the destination is never fully reached.
