What does it look like when someone refuses to quit on something they barely understand yet? @kingdouyon walked onto a rugby pitch at Georgia State not knowing the rules, got handed a position he wasn’t entirely sure on, and then scored a 100-meter try the moment a coach finally put him where he belonged.

From playing with the elite rugby teams around the world to helping build @atlantarugby into a back-to-back national championship program (..2...3!), Gio’s journey is a masterclass in staying the course when the path isn’t obvious yet.

Beyond the rugby pitch, Gio opens up about his training business, Above the Hype Performance, and why he believes every athlete deserves access to the kind of coaching that actually develops the whole person, not just the sport. We also dig into one of the most underrated forces in adult life: the power of a community that shows up for you before you’ve even earned it. by @atlantarugby

Hello everyone, in support of breast cancer awareness, AOW is raising funds for the American Breast Cancer Foundation. We are going to be conducting a 50/50 raffle for this cause. 50 percent of the pot will go to ABCF and the other 50 to the winner of the 50/50.
In addition AOW will be wearing pink socks and ask everyone to join with their best pink attire. Let’s raise money and awareness for this cause!
